Due to the nature of digital products and instant allocation of GPU compute resources (compute power, server tokens, and AI models allocation), all transactions, credit purchases, and subscription plans on Ai Karagram are strictly non-refundable.

Once a subscription is activated or credits are purchased, the sale is final. We do not offer returns, refunds, or cancellations for any consumed or unconsumed resources.

If you encounter any payment anomalies, double-billing, or failures in credit deliveries, please notify our team within 24 hours at support@karagram.com or contact us at 6390855968. We will investigate the transaction and correct the credit balances accordingly.
